Facelift and neck lift work

  • Deep plane facelift: works beneath the SMAS and repositions deeper facial tissues as a unit (deep plane). Incisions near the creases in front of and behind the ear, plus a small incision under the chin (SMMS page).
  • SMMS: through a crease below the chin, fat is removed from the neck, including from beneath the platysma; the platysma is then attached to the digastric and mylohyoid muscles with a special suture technique to define the chin-neck angle. The bio says he published the technique in 2012, 2013 and 2018 (SMMS; bio).
  • Anesthesia: twilight sedation with local anesthesia instead of general anesthesia, in the clinic's on-site accredited outpatient surgical center (facelift).
  • Other pages: mid-face lift, revision facelift, neck lift with neck liposuction (mid-face, revision, neck lift).

Galleries, counted 2026-09-26 (cases are not labeled by surgeon; the clinic also lists Dr. Lachica and Dr. Sarah E. Langsdon):

  • Facelift/mid-cheek lift: 20 cases over 3 pages (gallery).
