Facelift and neck lift work
- Facelift. The page states he chooses technique by patient (SMAS, deep plane, short scar, MACS lift). His most frequent technique: skin undermining, vertical elevation of the posterior SMAS and platysma, cheek fat suspension, selective liposuction and lipoinjection; skin is not redraped vertically; often combined with elevation of the outer brow (facelift).
- Facelift chapter. The site reproduces his textbook facelift chapter, covering subcutaneous, SMAS, extended SMAS, SMASectomy/plication and MACS techniques, and incision placement (techniques and alternatives); a separate section covers revision facelift (revision facelift).
- Neck lift. Removes excess neck skin, tightens the underlying muscle and removes excess fat; in some cases prominent submandibular glands are partially removed; described as a standard part of most facelifts or performed alone (neck lift). The facelift page states he rarely agrees to correct only the neck.
