Facelift and neck lift work
The facelift page embeds a PDF patient guide (guide page; PDF). Points it describes:
- SMAS facelift in two layers, with tension moved from the skin to the SMAS; the guide calls this a "two layer" approach and describes "lamellar" procedures that advance skin and SMAS separately.
- High SMAS facelift: the SMAS flap border is placed over the cheekbone arch so the lift includes the mid-face, under-eye area and corner of the mouth.
- Mid-face fat grafting ("fat injections") combined with the high SMAS procedure.
- Neck lift: platysmaplasty (suturing the inner edges of the platysma muscles); removal of subplatysmal fat, which the guide says cannot be removed by liposuction; assessment of submandibular glands.
- Drain tubes placed after surgery; an on-site overnight recovery suite and an accredited outpatient surgical facility.
Galleries: the site has no before-and-after gallery page. The PDF guide contains before-and-after figures, including a high SMAS facelift with neck lift case.
