Facelift and neck lift work

• Deep plane dual-plane facelift. Deeper facial tissues are lifted through incisions around the ear and hairline; the skin is redraped with attention to vector and tension and closed in layers; fat grafting to cheeks or temples as needed; a local anesthetic blend is used to reduce pain and bleeding (Dr. Sinno's approach).
• Deep neck work. An incision under the chin gives access to superficial and deep fat, the platysma (platysmaplasty), the digastric muscles and the submandibular glands, treated as each patient needs.
