Facelift and neck lift work
- Facelift. The page lists three options he performs: a full facelift, alone or with facial fat grafting; a deep plane facelift; and a mini facelift. Incisions may be placed at the temples, around the ears, beneath the chin or inside the mouth. Local anesthesia with sedation or general anesthesia is offered (facelift).
- Deep plane facelift. Described as reaching below the SMAS layer to reposition deeper structures. Sutures are removed at one week; after about a week and a half bruising and swelling have reduced (deep plane facelift).
- Nanolift. Named as his "signature, minimally invasive facelift technique": one incision in the hair near the sideburn to lift the cheek soft tissue, done awake under local anesthesia; most patients resume daily routines in under 7 days (nanolift).
- Mini facelift. Performed under local anesthesia with sedation; no drains or large bandages; normal activities within a week (mini facelift).
- Neck lift. Techniques listed: traditional neck lift, mini neck lift and platysmaplasty. About three weeks to recover, with a chin strap or compression garment; many patients rejoin normal schedules after about four weeks (neck lift).
- Recovery statements. Small drainage tubes may be placed; significant swelling and bruising resolve in two weeks in most cases; results should be judged at 12 months (facelift).
- Prices. None published; the facelift and neck lift FAQs say cost varies.
