Facelift and neck lift work
- Awake deep plane facelift. Incisions from near the temples around the ears; muscles and fat pads lifted and repositioned; performed under local anesthesia with the patient awake (deep plane facelift).
- Minimal bleeding technique. The awake facelift page states this method allows full dissection of the retaining ligaments and midface lifting without fat grafting (awake facelift).
- Neck lift. 2 to 4 hours; skin tightening, liposuction, cervicoplasty and/or platysmaplasty; local anesthesia and oral sedation (neck lift). An awake neck lift page is also listed.
- Recovery, as printed. Normal routine in the first two weeks while avoiding strenuous activity; most swelling resolved over the first to third months; final results may take several more months after three months (deep plane facelift).
