Facelift and neck lift work

• Deep plane face and neck lift. Dissection below the SMAS with release of the retaining ligaments, vertical repositioning, and neck work including platysmal work and submental fat reduction; about 5 hours under general anesthesia at an accredited surgical facility (deep plane facelift).
• Deep plane with deep neck contouring. Adds submandibular gland reduction, digastric muscle treatment and deep submental fat pad reduction; about 6 hours (deep plane facelift, deep neck contouring).
• Deep plane mini facelift. Limited-incision version, about 2-3 hours (deep plane mini facelift).
• Drainless facelift. Internal suturing and, in many cases, fibrin-based tissue sealant in place of drains (drainless facelift).
