Facelift and neck lift work

• Face lift. Incision under the sideburn hair, inside the ear and around the lobe. He developed the S4 Sasaki Suture Suspension System in 1995 to lift the cheek fat pad; the page states over 1,000 patients. He also elevates and tightens the SMAS, may add liposuction above and below the jawline and fat grafting with purified fat and platelets. Three to five hours under general anesthesia in the hospital (face lift; also face-lift-1).
• Neck lift. Usually three incisions; corset platysmaplasty for bands, liposuction of neck fat, repositioning of muscle toward the hairline, and skin removal through a submental incision (neck lift).
• Recovery, as printed. Minimal swelling that typically resolves within three weeks; no dressings or drains; sutures in front of the ear out within 10 days; normal activities within six weeks (face lift). Neck lift: bruising and swelling subside within a couple of weeks, when patients can return to work (neck lift).
