Releases four ligaments (zygomatic, masseteric, mandibular, cervical) and repositions the SMAS, muscle and fat as a unit; IV sedation or general anesthesia; about 4 hours; can be paired with fat transfer. Swelling peaks at 4 to 5 days; drains rarely used; driving and makeup at 7 to 10 days; exercise postponed 4-6 weeks (deep plane facelift).
  • W Natural Micromidface Lift. Endoscopic deep-plane midface lift with selective ligament release and suture suspension, no skin removal; return to work in about 7-10 days (midface lift).
  • Minimal incision facelift. Smaller incisions for jowls or neck, described as a "weekend lift" (facelift, minimal incision).
  • Neck lift. Platysma tightening, fat sculpting, 2-3 hours, return to work in 10-14 days (neck lift). Deep neck lift treats tissue beneath the platysma, includes a gland "tuckup" and midline platysma suturing; recovery 10 to 12 days (deep neck lift).
  • MyEllevate and Synergy Lift. Minimally invasive suture lift of neck muscles and glands; combined with Renuvion as the Synergy Lift (MyEllevate).
